I have same issue and sent them pictures and they just said it is normal and correct! Not helpful. I pointed out that it makes it unstable at high watts when standing and surely the chain is not correctly aligned, but they just said no-one else has complained and they think it is fine. Very disappointed...!

Hi guys

The plastic cover of Drivo/Drivo II is not centered on the centre of the trainer (where you hook the bike)
This is not an error, it is due to the design of Drivo.
So, it is normal to have the bike not centered compared to the plastic cover. This is not an issue.

The photos of oeubuzz, instead, are not perfectly clear.
As the photos are not perfectly on axis, we cannot understand if the bike is properly mounted (the disalignment seems a little too much).
So, we asked him to send us more photos (with less perspective distortion) to check the mounting.

Regards

Please see the attached picture, the issue is not that the Drivo 2 is nearer the left seat stay, it that the whole thing is point in a different angle to the frame.

I'll take some more photo's with another bike ( I used just a frame in this picture as it helps see the issue by removing the clutter of chains rear mech and saddle.

Here you can I have drawn line that show the direction angle of the bike and the Drivo whicj is pointing at an angle to the left (as if you where sat on the bike).

Hope these help clarify the situation
