DRIVO I hardware problem

Hi, while riding on my DRIVO yesterday evening I heard a noise and a few seconds later I had no resistance nore power. I had a look inside the DRIVO by dismounting the right panel. The first belt which is linked to the drive train (tiny one) works ok but le second one (largest one)which is probably linked to the magnetic part of the DRIVO doesn't move anymore. It seems something has broken between these two parts. I bought my DRIVO from Bike Components en january 2018, it is a two years warranty product. Do you have any idea about the problem as described upon?
