My Drivo does not connect (with Bluetooth and ANT+)

Hi everyone.

I have just bought my Drivo but it seems not being working correctly.

I am not able to connect it via bluetooth to my tablet or ANT+ to my PC. The blue and green LEDs are always flickering

May be I am not considering something or I loose one step. I have already downloaded myetraining but I cannot find the trainer because of this.
