Tried an FTP test tonight in Rouvy, all was going well at the warmup phase maintaining about 125w. Then 20 mins of power at 250w, after 10mins the resistance increased so much it was impossible to turn over. when i stopped i eventually got the legs spinning again before it increased resistance again. Had to bail the FTP test.
Then i tried a workout which was a 10min warmup followed by 2min spike and the same thing happened!!! what is going on???
