Hi Everyone,
just wondering if it is safe to leave the power supply plug in after use? I noticed it has a timer or sensor to turn off automatically when not in use.

The trainer goes in stand by after 15 minutes.
But if you leave for long time and want to be sure to avoid storms issue or something like that, disconnect the power supply
