I did. Makes ALOT of difference. super super easy to do... just make sure to put the shaft sided, as the weigh of the flywheel makes it unbalanced.

The image site is giving security warnings so pics may not be visible for everybody, but what I gather is what you needed was simply:

* hhb p204 bearing housings x 8
* axle (size and length?) x 1
* Plywood x 2
* pointy blue air cushion things? x 2
* some bolts and nuts

It seems the shaft is not directly in the middle of the plywood. Is that to stabilize the setup as the Drivo is not symmetric? What did you use to secure the trainer to the rocker?

these are the parts I used:
5 x pillow bearings 3/4 (search on amazon) .. you can easily use only 4. I noticed the one in the middle does nothing..
10 x screws (2 per bearing)
31inch long steel shaft (3/4")
2 pieces of random wood (I used mdf as it was the cheapest)
2 Half Massage Balls

You need to place the shaft a little bit aside, because drivos center-weight is basically where the 2 plastic shells join

hope it helps..

Has anybody built a rocker plate for Drivo? Any reason why I should not build one?

New rocker plate for the new Elite Drivo, scrap vinyl covered chipboard, sealed with PVA
VELCRO Brand ONE-WRAP Reusable Ties to hold the legs down to the board
70mm Inflatable toy balls from the local discount store
I had an hour on it today and it definitely helps with comfort, no doubt at all

Thanks for posting these plans. I'm building one up next week but will be using small Dodge Balls as the air bladders so I can adjust the pressure.
