Drivo I annoying behaviour

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with my Drivo I. When using Zwift and it goes uphill (1% slope or more), it feels like little strokes or blows are going through the unit. I can hear it and also feel it going through my bike. It is almost absent at 0% or downhill. Obviously, it has something to do with the software adjusting the resistance of the trainer. The problem does not show when just pedaling without any software controlling it.
It was ok for some time but now it is even worse and really annoying. Otherwise, the functionality is ok. Any ideas anyone? Maybe the belt is too tight or too loose?

Thanks,
Jörg

Hi

If you use my e-training in the same conditions, do you have the same behavior?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, it also happens with the e-training app.

When the slope/power changes, the internal motor moves to adjust the resistance.
It is not very noisy, usually the noise of the chain is higher than the sound of the motor.
But if you think that the sound is too loud and you also noticed an increase of the noise, please contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com adding a short video or recording of the noise. The guys there will tell you what to do.

Regards
