SunRace CSMX6 11-46T 11sp cassette spacers

The cassette is an 11 speed, so it shouldn't need any spacers. But even with both spacers installed, the lock ring bottoms on the cassette befor it is tight against the hub drivers. The result is that the cassette is loose and wobbles. Am I doing something wrong? Is the SunRace cassette narrower than other 11 speed cassettes?

Hi

I don't know how the SunRace cassete is made. It may be that it is narrower.
I suggest you to talk with your trusted mechanic and check if it is necessary to add more spacers.

If still you're having problems, contact our customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com and add some photos or a video of the issue.

Regards

SunRace cassette spacers are definitely at 11 speed maybe you put a cassette in the wrong way or the cassette spacer would be not appropriate. I would like to know about this cassette in detail. So that as a resume writer and a part of SunRace I would find a solution to fix it!

I have the same cassette on a Drivo.
Had to install I believe 2 additional spacers apart from the ones it came with.
After that, its been working flawlessly for the past 3 years
