I did a good 10 min warm up and followed the my elite ios app instructions and received a off set value of '6632' my trainers value as stated on the sticker underneath is '6636'
With those figures in mind is there any need for any kind of adjustment?

The value you're getting is still within the limits.
If it lowers more than this (less than 6630), contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com (it may be necessary to tighten the belt).

nello sticker sotto il mito direto ho il valore 6490 e dalla calibrazione risulta 6485, è meglio far registrare il mio direto o posso stare tranquillo.

se non noti nessuna anomalia continua pure ad allenarti senza problemi.
Se invece dovessi notare slittamenti, abbassamento della potenza o rumori strani (o se dovesse calare ulteriormente il valore nelle prossime settimane), contattaci all'indirizzo myetraining@elite-it.com e valuteremo insieme se è il caso di stringere la cinghia.

When the trainer calibration value is 4 points different from the sticker value, how many watts does this cost? We are using Zwift.

With a small difference, there won't be any power difference.
The firmware will consider the difference in the offset to adjusts the power.
