Just got my Direto yesterday and was using it for the 1st time with a workout I created and was executing on my Garmin Edge 820. I believe this uses the ERG mode to set the resistance and while I was doing the workout, I encountered the so called spiral of death. When I tried to pedal my way back into the workout, the resistance we insanely high and by the 3rd interval, my legs were toast. Wondering if there is an easier way to reenter the workout when this happens - some sort of quick tension release that will allow me to pedal up to cadence and then reengage the resistance?
