Postby thomaswiigh » Sun Jan 28, 2018 10:27 pm

Hi there.

My Direto seem to be of to the left side slightly is that normal.

I also have vibrations in high power mode, maybe because the alignment is off a bit ??

Hi

The bike is not well mounted on the trainer.
Please do again the mounting and remember to press well down the forks of the bike.
When all will be aligned, you won't have any vibration.

Hi, I have this problem with my Kura.
I have tried to press down hard on the forks to no avail.
I am also experiencing problems getting into the big chainring. Is this the reason why?

It may be, sh-g.
Contact the customer care adding all the information on the bike and also some photo to illustrate the problem.

Hello,

I have the same problem with my bike (scott foil).
Is there a solution to this problem?

Thanks.
