Hi everyone,

Recently i started having some strange noises and resistance issues with my Direto XR.
Video with the noise: https://photos.app.goo.gl/ZGdZYpytFCLupiu18

After opening the side panel of the trainer, i was able to pinpoint the issue.
Using the myEtraining app, using level mode, and changing the resistance step by step, i can move from level 1 to level 6 without issues, but starting at 7 the sound begins.

Any idea what is going on, and what i can do to address this issue ?

Thanks!
Paulo

Inspect the belt and pulley system for wear, slipping, or misalignment. Sometimes a loose or worn belt can cause strange noises at higher resistance levels. Drive Mad
Calibrate the trainer using the myEtraining app or another compatible platform to ensure proper functionality.
Lubricate moving parts if necessary, but make sure to use the appropriate lubricant recommended by the manufacturer.
Contact Elite support if the issue persists, as it could be a hardware problem that requires professional assistance.

Based on what you have described and considering the behavior you have observed, it appears that you are experiencing a mechanical or electrical issue with the resistance mechanism in your machine. Please contact Elite customer service via their website (elite-it.com) or email for the fastest resolution of the issue.
