Direto X no power no Cadence. Work resistance by Garmin

Hi! I bought a used Elite Direto X trainer. Unfortunately, it’s not working properly. The mainboard was replaced, and I checked both of them – they have the same issue. The trainer doesn’t display power or cadence. The control element moves. It moves on both boards. Interestingly, I can control resistance using a Garmin device – I can feel the resistance underfoot, but the power itself is not displayed.
It also doesn’t work with Zwift using an external power meter – I can pedal and ride, but it doesn’t reflect terrain changes. I need help. I’ve tried updating the firmware, but it doesn’t work on either board. Firmware 063 Revision 001 – for both.
