Direto dimension and manufacturing questions

I am considering ordering a new Direto and have a couple of questions.

1. I know the legs on the Suito are 1" square (25.4 mm). Can you tell me what the leg width and height measurements are for the Direto?

2. I have seen many reports from a year or two ago of noise issues with Diretos caused by the iloose pulley issue fixed by the pulley gluing instructions. Can you please tell me if there have been current manufacturing process changes to incorporate this fix into the product of current units?

The legs are 38mm wide and 40mm in height, and 73mm from the ground (because of the feet).
