no power, no speed, nothing

I had a problem during my session with a cassette noise, my cassette was no longer tight.
I tightened it but since then I have no more speed, no power.
it spins in the void

something broke?
what should I check?

When you turn the pedals by hand, do you see the flywheel move? It sounds like perhaps the freehub has broken.

Have the same problem not power reading, no speed, not able to calibrate from the app. Running the v80 firmware. Flywheel turns fine as expected.
