Average Power issues (Direto XR and Wahoo Bolt)

Postby hansbeugelink » Mon Aug 28, 2023 11:05 am

When using the direto and the wahoo bolt I lately get really strange values. No difference between running via software (Rouvy) or directly from the Bolt. The average wattages looks almost like the MAX wattage in a ride, see attached pictures. For example my NP is 226 but my average wattage is 362. VI is also 0,62 which is a strange value and number of KJ's is also way too high for this ride. I do not have this problem when using bolt + 4iiii precision 3. I am using wheel circumference 0.174 in the Wahoo Bolt as prescribed and previously I did not have this issue, only since last week. Any ideas on what it could be? Only recent change was a new firmware on the bolt.

This topic can be closed. Looks indeed like a wahoo problem, they are aware of it and are working on the issue.
