Direto XR-T power read issue

My Elite XT-R sometimes runs out of resistance, to be able to train in ERG mode I have to raise my cadence a lot.
If you pause the training and start again, you hear a noise like a pad on a bicycle spoke until you reach a certain cadence and stop making that noise
