Hi all,
I am new on this forum and I am looking for some help to fix my Direto X.
I bought it a year a go and everything worked very well untill recently. I use exclusively Zwift.
It is now somehow blocked (very hard to pedal) , makes a lot of noise as if things were adjusting themselves inside le machine, and the blue and green leds keep on flashing.
I have unplugged it, I have tried different WIFIs, I have tried different Iphones or Ipads... it does not fix the problem.

The only new thing recently that I think of is the IOS update to 16.3 that I did on my devices.

Could somebody help?

There may be a problem on the electronic circuit board.

Specify the serial number of your trainer and explain the situation, the guys there will ask you some specific test.
