Direto XR does not adjust anymore

Hello,

I got following problem: Yesterday I tried to do my work - out on my Elite Direto XR. Connected via bluetooth with my Laptop and controlled by Rouvy.
The connection seemed to be normal and there was a resistance in my basic area but when my intervall started and the resistance should make it possible for me to ride 330W nothing happened.
I restarted/reconnected everything several times, updated the trainer, also tried my Edge530 but nothing helped.
At the end I used the MyETraining app to do a Level mode ride but also there the changing of Level made absolutely no difference.

Last week it still worked normal and in between it was not used.
What could have happened and how can I fix it?
Anyone ideas?
