No Cadence or power

Half way through a ride on Zwift this evening, my 4 year old Direto stopped producing power or cadence, although it was still connected via ant+.
I have checked the belt which is fine, and also tried on the Elite app and it is definitely connected, but it is indicating that I am not pedalling and there is no power being produced. I have not been able to find anyone to repair Elite trainers.
Is anyone able to suggest what I can do to repair my Direto, or do I just have to bite the bullet and buy a replacement?

Hi

Do again the configuration and when you're asked if you have external power/cadence sensor, remember to leave the option on NO.
If the problem persists, contact the customer care:

Thank you, upon closer inspection, I can see that the belt is slightly damaged, although it is only a small tear. I'm not sure if that will have caused the problem. I will do as you suggested.

I answer myself. In the end, in my case it was necessary to change the electronic board. Mr. Francesco Brotto has taken very good care of me from the technical service. And very fast!

Good morning,

The same exaclty happened to me yesterday during a zwift sprint (Oct.2019 Elite Direto).
No more power, no more candence, I checked the resistance and it is OK.
=> how did you solve the issue ? thanks for your support !
