Direto X power reading too low

Hello! I recently bought a Direto X. Love it, but the power reading is too low. I have measured it against my Stages and Dura Ace power meter and it shows https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ 40 - 50 W lower than both. My power meters are calibrated. I remember with the Elite Real Axiom one could reset the machine with an app. Thanks.
