How are the screws supposed to look like?
My new Direto XR has 4 out of 5 screws that look like wood screws with a sunken head (that is ofc not sunken in the flywheel)
The 5th screw is different. Has some spacers and touches the plastic casing when I use the trainer which makes it sound like a motorbike.

It's not possible to understand from that photos.
I suggest you to contact our customer care adding some more photo (especially without the plastic cover) to understand better your question
