I use a Direto XR in combination with Zwift and had a great first winter training season with it up to the point i used the calibration. Until the calibration i trained in the area of 200 to 220 Watts for longer rides (comfort zone) with 250 to 300 Watts in Races (one hour). Until the calibration the comfort zone suddenly lowered to 150 to 170 Watts and i can hardly reach over 200 Watts in races. So the resistance for the same power output readout has raised significantly, i would roughly estimate 50 Watts. I want to get back to the previous settings of my Direto. How can i achieve this?

Which offset value did you get at the end of the calibration?
Is it close to the original one (you can find it on a sticker close to the serial number)?

Sticker shows 6717, calibration shows 6713. But i have to admit that i did calibration always in cold condition of the Direto.

do the calibration in proper condition (after 10 minutes of training at 20-25km/h adn 150-180W).
If you still you have the feeling that the accuracy is not good, contact us specifying the trainer serial number and sending the trainer diagnostic:

I repeated calibration after one hour use of my Direto XR, the value then was 6712. I opened a ticket from the iOS App, but it was impossible to see the text while typing as the text box was covered by the keyboard. I created diagnostic data ahead of the ticket creation and hope it was added.

Yes, thank you for the quick replies in the forum. I will post an update at the end of the case as other users may notice a similar change after recalibration.
