Direto calibration issue

I’ve been having some calibration issue on my Direto. When using the elite app, once I reach the target speed and stop pedalling as instructed, it tells me that the target speed has not been reached and that I need to try again. On Zwift, once I reach the target speed and the app tells me to ‘maintain the speed’ nothing happens, it keeps going on forever. I tried using a computer & an ant+ dongle but the computer doesn’t seem to detect the trainer - it only works via Bluetooth. I’ve tried deleting & reinstalling the app, unplugging and replugging the trainer 30s later, and switching of all other nearby devices but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi

If you use a different device, do you have the same issue?
Give it a try.
If it works, it may be a problem on the bluetooth connection of the device.
