Hello forum user!

After the summer break, i wanted to cycle digitally again.
I started zwift and within a very short time i had an output of 2000 watts, although i only pedaled lightly.
On myEtraining it was more than 3000 watts.
A calibration did not help.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

It seems a problem on the internal sensor. It is necessary to contact our customer care:

In the text of the request specify:
- the trainer model
- its serial number
- a description of the issue
