As the Elite Ticketing service seems to be unavailable at the moment, reaching out this way:

I own a Direto XR, bought at Futurumshop 28-10-2020.
As of the last 10 rides a rumbling noise started to develop inside the trainer. I have calibrated the trainer & all the software/firmware is at the latest version. As of yesterday (06-08-2021) the rumbling noise is so loud, I stopped cycling because I'm afraid it's broken. I added a movie to showcase the sound. Please help me fix this. Yes, the ticketing system worked when I didn't attached the video as attachment.
