Direto XR connected to windows 10 laptop for a few months.

For the last 2 attempts the power, speed Nd cadence reading drop out but the device still shows as connected.

The HRM (on same ANT dongle) works perfectly

Hi

Are you connecting using internal bluetooth or do you use a ant+/bluetooth LE dongle?
If you use a smartphone/tablet to connect to the trainer, do you have the same behavior?
