Hi all,

Can anyone point me in the direction of someone at Elite that can help me please? I bought my shiny new Direto XR a couple of weeks ago and whilst there is a power pack supplied there were no attachments for it so I haven't been able to plug the damned thing in yet.

I have logged a ticket on the Elite website but its been a week and I've not had any response.

There are lots of part numbers at the back of my manual but I have no idea where the numbers can be used.

All I need is a UK 3-pin connection plate that clips into the adapter but I can't find any reliable information on a part number for this bit.
