Hi,

I bought a new Elite Direto XR, yesterday I had a second training.
At certain steady speeds, there is a strange noise like in the attached video. What could it be?
The number of watts does not matter, it depends on the speed of rotation of the flywheel.
When I drive a little faster or slower, this sound disappears or appears intermittently.
Do any of you have such a symptom?

Maybe the video is not clear enough, though...

I also have a problem with a strange sound. Not sure if it's the same issue. I've had my trainer since last May and it has been silent. Used it 3/4 times a week for pretty much the last year. Haven't been on it for about 3 weeks. It's still in the same place, hasn't been moved. Bike still mounted. Used for the first the other week and it's making a strange noise. It's always there. What ever power. Just seems to get louder and faster with the cadence.
