Hello,
my Direto began to make a strange sound from the axis that regulates the load. After lubrication, the noise decreased. Then another problem arose.
During training, the trainer copies the profile of the track, after a few minutes it automatically increases the load to the maximum. After another few minutes, he releases the load, then spontaneously chooses between a small or large load without copying the track profile. It goes to the maximum load several times.
I ride Zwift.
I changed the motherboard that Elite sent me two years ago, otherwise Direto was without problems.

Hi
This kind of issue may appear if you have another device connecting to the trainer at the same time.
For example, we had some cases of users that had a Garmin device powered on in the same room that was changing the trainer resistance.
So, the first thing to do is to power off all the other device in the room.
If the problem persists, try also using my e-training and check if you have the same issue there.
If it is so, contact the customer care at info@elite-it.com
