i have a Direto x its power meter has started to act up one minute it was fine then i lost everything watts and hr no numbers , it lasted for roughly 20 seconds then watts and hr came back but froze for another 10 seconds, Any one have an idea whats going on please thanks in advance

It seems a disconnection.
It may be due to some interference.

Try powering off any wireless device in the area (other smartphones, tablets, Wahoo/Polar/Garmin devices, speakers... all of them).
Try also powering off your wifi (it may cause interference, and in that case it is necessary to switch to a different channel)
If you're using a pc and an ant+ dongle or a bluetooth dongle, try also using a usb extension cable to put the dongle closer to the trainer.
