calibration problem

good morning, i wanted to know how to solve the failed calibration problem via myetraining app.
the app requires 10m of training as prerequisites (and there are), when it asks to reach 34.9km / h to reach them but subsequently remains blocked in the processing phase for 10 / 15m without giving any failure or success report.
how should I behave I have recently the direct roller XR. I thank
