I recently broke my belt on my 1st generation Dirt after 3+ yr of heavy use. I contacted Elite customer Service and someone contacted me in 1-2 days and was very helpful. I ended up having them send me a new belt and pull wheel by DHL and it arrived in Tokyo in a few days. In the box was a very clear instruction booklet and there are other Elite produced videos on YouTube showing how to do it. In the end it was quite simple to replace the belt/pully and tension the belt to the proper OFFSET value. My Direto is as good as new!
