Calibration issue

Calibration failed, max speed reached 4,8 kph, if I spin faster speed displayed goes down
On Zwift crazy high Power and get blocked using Zwift Cookie Clicker hack
On MyETraining levels up does not change resistance, power displayed over 1000w no cadence value
On Zwift resistance is changing

Elite support ask me to take cover off to see if belt is broken, I told them everything is turning and tensioning is ok, step-motor spins when you plug in and now is one week around
How do I reset the unit/board I think it is firmware/ software issue in a loop
Zwift calibration is same and cannot get out... Cookie Clicker cheats
