Unfortunately my Direto is broke.
After only two years, the belt has been damaged, so it slips. I have photo's that I can send.
I bought it in 2018 online from a company that is now bankrupt...

Can you help me out?
Do you have a spare belt?
Can I send it to you for repair with the help of one of your Dutch resellers or distributors.

I hope you can help me out...

Did you get this resolved? I have the same issues but no idea how to contact Elite or get a replacement belt!

My belt just broke too. Is yours getting resolved?

I’m on belt 4 in 15 months!!
