Direto X Connetction Bluetooth

Hello,
after 15 days without activity, I can't connect my x direto with bluetooth anymore.
Direto x is no longer identifiable from the PC or smartphone.
Do you have any ideas about it? How can I reset it?
P.S. The bluetooth light is solid blue.
