DiretoXR resistance unit wobble

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has seen this. Purchased a new DiretoXR about a month ago and it ran great initially. Recently, there is a weird vibration/thudding that is rhythmic. I spun up the trainer and then looked at the area that holds the belt and it appears to wobble, almost like a wheel that is out of true. Has anyone encountered this before? Any suggestions on how to fix?
