Resistence not working

The resistence on my Direto has stopped working. I lost my power supply and bought a new one and through this time the unit was out of use for while..When i went back to using it again the resistence has stopped working.

I use it with Zwift.

Its less than 2 years old so under warranrty but strugglign to fnd the receipt of purchase so hoping its just a setting that needs adjusting somewhere as not sure i'll be abel to get it repaired unless anyone knows of a repair shop in SE England

Are you sure that your actual power supply has the proper output?
It has to be a 12V and at least 1.5A.
If the amperage is not enough, the motor won't move
