Hello, I have been taking the interactive rollers of the Elite DIRETO X model for about a month, in this period of "intense use" I have never had any problems except for some initial pairing difficulties with bluetooth during the start-up phase; in fact a few times with zwift but also other applications despite the roller probably observed detected the time to start the pedaling is very hard and there is no way to unlock it, only with zwift, set the "climb" mode and selected using the ERG modes, I can leave, then put on the lighter sprockets and reactivate the erg.

Am I wrong in the procedure of turning on / pairing bluetooth? when I mount the bike on the rollers I always do it by showing the 11 or the smaller one as the default sprocket).
