Cadence sensor connected but not displaying

Hi, I could manage to connect Direto X to both Mobile and Desktop My e-training App, but in both cases (of course never used them at the same time) I cannot receive cadence data from trainer.
Everything is up to date (firmware trainer too) and I don't know how to fix this.
