Direto Two fast flashing red LEDs

I had been riding on Zwift for about 45 minutes when I suddenly lost resistance and had 2 fast flashing red LEDs and no bluetooth. I power cycled the direto and it recovered but did the same thing after about 5 minutes.
Does anyone know what the issue is?
