Direto configuration

i am having issues connecting the power meter and the cadence meter of my DIreto.
i am seing only the speed and it seems to vary resistance from a segment to teh next one when it is connected to the desktop app.
when it is connected to the iphone, i read the power, but i do not get the step changes in the resistance...
can anyone help me?
