Direto Broken Belt

My belt broke today in the middle of a ride. It was working normally then suddenly lost resistance completely. I could see that the belt was broken through the vents. How is this issue handled? Will I need to send it in or will they send me a new belt? And if it’s the latter, how would it ever be accurate again?

Contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com.
The guys there will send you a new belt and pulley, and all the instructions to mount it and calibrate the trainer

The belt replacement really solved the problem? Is this a reliable unit again?
I would appreciate your impressions.. I'm facing the same problem now.

The belt of my trainer also broke.

Anyone has or knows any distribuitor or store that sells the replacement belt for Elite Direto?

Edit: Due to be in the guarentee period, Elite solve my problem very quickly. In just 1 week (since i wrote the first mail till i receive the new kit (Belt replacement Kit for Direto) my problem was completely solved.
