Hi,
My Direto has been nothing but trouble since I bought it last year. So much so that I gave up using it - the long spell of decent weather helped! Now I’ve had surgery and need to use it to recover.
1. When connected to my Garmin 1000 the power and cadence are way out.
2. It won’t connect to my iPad using Bluetooth (not my iPhone). And so I can’t recalibrate it using Mytraining app. Which by the way when I watch videos online calibration seems overly complex with Allen keys etc. What happened to the idea of plug and play?

So any advice would be gratefully received on how to fix these basic problems.

I think you need to calibrate the trainer, so you'll have to connect with our app.
Please contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com.
We had some problems with the bluetooth lately and it is necessary to investigate further. Specify your device model and OS.
