Please can someone help me, my Direto dropes out after 30minutes and odes not show watts and cadence.

I brought my Direto 2 days ago. I'm using Windows and have a dongle for the conection to the Direto and my cadence sensor. After about 35 minutes into a ride it all drops out. This has happened on all three rides I have done. Can anyone suggest why?
