Power recording errors

Hi all,
I use my Direto with a Garmin Edge 820 head unit. Every now and then, power goes to zero for 3 seconds. It can be clearly seen in the recorded data.
My Garmin Edge 820 shows no errors with other power meters. And if I record power with a mobile app (e.g. ICW for Android or Strava) these issues don't show up.
Really puzzled: it's a sort of non-campatibility between Elite and Garmin.
Anyone having this issue?
