Verifying Power Output & noise at high resistance.

Hi,

I'm covering two topics here.

Firstly, is there anyway of verifying the power output on the Direto?
I'm cautious to accept my power readings in Zwift....apparently i have an FTP of 351!!!
is there anyway of verifying if my trainer is behaving properly.....i always maintain calibration.

second topic, at high resistance there is a very loud noise, i am guessing it's the magnetic resistance, i just wanted to confirm it's normal or not?
