I am struggling with my Direto and doing Zwift workouts. "Just riding" is great, resistance and watts seems pretty consistent. However, when I do any training, the ERG mode does some strange things with resistance. There will be times when in a SST, I will be cruising along at a wattage I can hold consistently and then the trainer will just automatically increase resistance to where I'm struggling to even turn the pedals over at all, more difficult than any sprint or hill I've ever done. It will do this also with short, intense sprint sections where I know the resistance is way beyond what it should be? I'm using a completely updated IPad and bluetooth connection. Any advice?
