No initial buzz on powering on

Hello,
I have already contacted the customer service the day before yesterday, unfortunately I have only got back an empty message on my email which says "Returns and Warranty" and "Body", so I do not know if the issue is processed right now or not.

Usually, when I have powered on the device there was a buzz. Now it is gone and also the power readout is zero.
