Just purchased a new Direto 2 and had my 1st ride with it on Zwift. My wife complained that it was noisy and made the whole house vibrate.
Also, I found I was spinning out on a sprint, lack of resistance....along with fluctuating resistance on uphill sections.
Any advice please.

There may be a mechanical issue.
